The internet can be very helpful but it can also be very confusing and misleading. You are here for a reason and something is not working the way it should already. There is no one size fits all model like the internet tends to provide. I work with each individual person to cater a completely custom plan that will work for them and their bodies!

It is never too early to start preparing your body for a healthy pregnancy. It takes 3 months to produce a healthy egg so I recommend starting 3 months prior to trying to conceive. If you are already trying, there are still wonderful tools we can implement immediately to get you back on the right track.

I have been in your shoes and know first hand the pain and struggle to take back your health. I also know how seamless it becomes once you see results. Dedicated clients start to see improvements within 2-3 weeks of implementing their plans and that alone is always motivation enough to keep it going. I understand that everyone needs to be able to enjoy their lives while also improving their health, therefore your plan is always flexible and sustainable to allow you some discretion. In some severe cases, limits are imposed - however I always focus on replacements vs completely removing. I have extensive experience in special diets as I myself am Gluten Free & Dairy Free and have some wonderful suggestions.
